EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon head coach Chelsea Hoffmann announced the addition of junior defender Abby Buczek for the 2022 season.
"We are thrilled to add Abby to our program," Hoffmann said. "She brings an elite level experience and competitive energy that will immediately impact our defensive unit! I am excited to welcome her to our team this Fall."
Buczek joins the Ducks from the University of Denver, where she played in ten games. Buczek recorded a ground ball when the Ducks visited the Pioneers during the 2020 season.
"I chose the University of Oregon because of the academic and athletic opportunities that I know it will provide me with," said Buczek.
