Ducks blowout Arizona in second half winning 73-47 in Eugene

Eugene, Ore. - As nice as the final score looks, the beginning of Saturday’s game at Matthew Knight Arena didn’t go in the way of the Ducks. Arizona’s Dylan Smith started the game hot hitting 2-2 from beyond the three-point line. The Wildcats took a 9-0 lead on a couple of corner three’s before Oregon was able to get on the board with a Payton Pritchard layup.

The Ducks were able to close the gap with two three’s made by freshmen Miles Norris from the left wing and Louis King from the opposite corner. It was the freshmen who kept the game in reach for Oregon before fellow underclassman Francis Okoro ties the game with a hard earned basket in the paint.
