It isn't quite a decommitment, but it certainly isn't good news for the Oregon Ducks football program, either.
After losing both four-star athlete Braden Lenzy and four-star cornerback Isaiah Bolden from its 2018 recruiting class, Oregon took another hit on the recruiting trail Tuesday afternoon.
Shortly after news of Willie Taggart's departure for Florida State broke, Donnovan Moorer, the Ducks' lone 2020 pledge, announced that he wasn't fully decommitting, but was opening up his recruitment to other programs:
