Oregon left-handed pitcher Brooke Yanez received Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week honors after dominating over three appearances against Arizona this past weekend, the conference announced Monday.
Yanez earned the weekly honor for the second time this season after shutting down the top offense in the Pac-12 coming into the weekend, posting a 0.38 ERA and 24 strikeouts to just one walk over 18.2 innings. She picked up back-to-back complete game victories in the first two games of the series, giving up one run over seven innings in game one before spinning a shutout with 12 strikeouts in game two.
