Marcus Mariota, the former Oregon Ducks star currently quarterbacking the Tennessee Titans, has something to prove in 2018.
Mariota is looking to rebound after seeing his individual numbers decline in 2017, and will do so with a good start as he comes into camp healthy and ready to play for a new coach in a new offensive system that should be a better fit for his skill set. Mariota has also raised expectations for himself after his first trip to the postseason where he led the Titans to their first playoff win since 2003. Now the question becomes whether or not Mariota can elevate the Titans to new heights and take yet another step forward in his development, making this season arguably the most important of his young career.
