Like Dillon Gabriel last year, Dante Moore became one of nine college football players to sign an NIL deal with Beats by Dre this season.
Also like Gabriel a season ago, Moore got custom Beats for every member of the team, though he didn't deliver them in a minivan.
"Let the tradition continue," Dan Lanning said. "If you are a newcomer on our staff, or a newcomer as a player, you will sing. Now here's how it works. You sing until they clap."
Freshman Tobi Haastrup got the most enthusiastic reception. "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star," though once interpreted as a classic by Mozart, got a loud chorus of boos.
