EUGENE, Ore. – Coming off a 4-1 week where Oregon won series over Gonzaga and No. 12 Arizona State, the Ducks swept the Pac-12 Conference weekly awards with Drew Cowley being named the player of the week and Jace Stoffal claiming pitcher of the week honors.
Stoffal (Roseburg, Ore. / Roseburg HS) became just the third Duck to claim the honor three times in a season, joining Robert Ahlstrom (2021) and David Peterson (2017). The Ducks' right-hander turned in another dominant effort against ASU, one of the top-hitting teams in the Pac-12 Conference, on Friday.
