Navy has one of the finest players in the history of college football in Keenan Reynolds, and Army is only .500 this year....against FCS teams. Nice weather this weekend in Philly, and I think Navy puts the hurting on the Black Knights.
As for the points, Vegas projects this as 37-14. I think Navy can score in the 40s, and so it's safer to take the over.
