EUGENE, Ore. – On the heels of a postseason run to the NCAA Elite 8, the Oregon volleyball team racked up three AVCA All-America honors as announced Wednesday morning. The governing body, represented by the AVCA Division I All-America Committee, recognized the standout seasons of Mimi Colyer, Brooke Nuneviller and Hannah Pukis.
Standout newcomer Colyer was named the 2022 AVCA National Freshman of the Year and was a third-team pick. For a third season in a row, Nuneviller was recognized and, after back-to-back second-team selections, earned her place on the All-America First Team.
