RIO DE JANEIRO — When all is said and done, the amount of time Usain Bolt has spent on the Olympic track pales in comparison to the mammoth legacy he has built during the Summer Games.
His name is on lips around the world, as it typically is every four years: Bolt is among the biggest stars in sports, thanks to both his unmatched sprinting gifts, again on display here in Rio, and his vibrant personality.
