The United States women’s volleyball team surged to 4-0, with very few hiccups in a 3-1 against winless Italy.

The Americans took the first two sets with twin 25-22 score lines, allowing the Italians to take the third 25-23.

A 25-20 win in the fourth round has the U.S. primed for a Pool B win.

The U.S. has 2-2 China in its final pool match, and will begin the knockout rounds on Tuesday. That’ll likely be against the fourth-placed team in Pool A.
