Day 10 of the Rio Games features athletes competing for 17 gold medals.
On the track, world champion Allyson Felix of the United States will be going for her fifth career Olympic gold medal in the women's 400-meter final. There are also medals up for grabs in men's pole vault and men's 800 meters.
Simone Biles, the Olympic all-around champion, is seeking her fourth gold medal in Rio, this time on the balance beam.
