Skater can’t stop bleeding during Rostelecom Cup long program (video)

Swedish figure skater Alexander Majorov had a bloody nose at one of the worst possible times.

Majorov constantly wiped his nose during his 4-minute, 30-second free skate at Rostelecom Cup in Moscow on Saturday.

By the end, a red splat was visible on his hand as he skated off the ice.

Majorov fell once, popped a jump and put his hand down on another. He had the lowest free skate score by 17 points and finished last in the 12-skater field.

NBCSN and the NBC Sports app will air Rostelecom Cup coverage Sunday from 10-11:30 p.
