Prosecutors filed charges against the two men who rushed swimmer Ryan Lochte during a filming of Dancing with the Stars earlier this month, according to court records.

Sam Sotoodeh, 59, and Barzeen Soroudi, 25, were each charged with misdemeanor violations of the Los Angeles municipal code that covers unlawful activities at sporting events, theatricals and exhibitions. The city’s attorney office is pursuing two counts against each of the men under a law that bans spectators from interrupting events and entering unauthorized areas.

The men, who each wore white shirts that had the name Lochte crossed out, were detained by security at CBS Television City, where 'DWTS' is filmed.
