Medal Count 2016 Olympics: Twitter Reacts to Standings and Results on Thursday

Usain Bolt became the first man in history to win three straight gold medals in the 200-meter dash on Thursday at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

All that's left for his triple-triple (three straight Olympics winning the 100, 200 and 4x100) is the 4x100-meter relay.

In the decathlon, American Ashton Eaton successfully defended his title, earning gold for the second straight Games. He became the third man to win the event twice.

Earlier on the track, Team USA's Kerron Clement secured the gold in the men's 400-meter hurdles. It was his second gold in this event after landing the silver in 2008.
