Lindsey Vonn falls, DNFs in Flachau giant slalom

Lindsey Vonn fell near the end of her second run in a giant slalom, losing more ground in the World Cup overall standings, in Flachau, Austria, on Sunday.

She was OK after the fall, according to the U.S. Ski Team.

German Viktoria Rebensburg won the race by a combined .94 of a second over Slovenian Ana Drev. Full results are here.

Vonn was in 10th place after the first of two runs and ceded more time in her second run before losing balance between gates, going wide of a gate and falling to the snow.
