For more than a year, Russian officials have denied the findings of the McLaren Report and rejected the evidence that it had operated a system of doping.
Those findings, which were detailed in a report from Canadian lawyer Richard McLaren last year, have become the foundation for the decision of an International Olympic Committee commission that is sanctioning Russian athletes for their role in that system during the 2014 Olympics.
