Allyson Felix, the first U.S. woman to win nine Olympic track and field medals, added another impressive “first” to her resume on Saturday when she became the first woman to lead the USC football team out of the tunnel prior to a game.
Felix, who turned professional before enrolling in college, graduated from USC with a degree in elementary education.

Felix was one of 17 Rio Olympians from USC honored during the Trojans’ 41-20 victory over Arizona State.
