Three Old Dominion players scored their first goals of the season Friday night in the Lady Monarchs’ 3-0 Conference USA victory over Texas-San Antonio at the ODU Soccer Complex.
Maddie Morningstar gave ODU an early lead, scoring off Diedre Bradley’s assist in the ninth minute. Just 46 seconds later, Kira Laurento connected to make it 2-0.
Devyn Hannis capped the scoring in the 62nd minute.
Krista Moisio needed to make just one stop in goal for the Lady Monarchs (4-7, 2-1) to record their second consecutive C-USA shutout.
