NORFOLK, Va. – Angie Hind's women's soccer team was picked to finish fourth in the East Division according to the Conference USA Preseason Poll, which is voted on by the coaches in the league. Midfielder Ece Turkoglu was named to the All C-USA Preseason Team as announced by the league Thursday afternoon.
The 2021 spring season concluded with a 4-5-2 record for the Monarchs and 3-2-1 in conference play. ODU was successful in making it to the Conference USA Tournament where they played in the quarterfinals against Rice.
Ece Turkoglu was one of the top goal scorers for the Monarchs with two goals during her 11 games in the 2021 spring season.
