Women’s Soccer Earns NCAA Public Recognition Award

NORFOLK, Va. - The Old Dominion women's soccer team was named a recipient of the NCAA Public Recognition Award for an Academic Progress Rate that ranked in the top 10 percent of all Division I women's soccer teams.

The Academic Progress Rate (APR) is a metric instituted by the NCAA in 2003 that tracks the academic progress of student-athletes through a team-based metric that accounts for the eligibility and retention of each student-athlete for each academic term.

In addition to women's soccer, the women's lacrosse team was also named a recipient of the award. The complete list of NCAA Public Recognition Award recipients can be found at www.
