NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion women's lacrosse team fell to No. 24 nationally ranked Temple on Friday afternoon by a 18-8 score at L.R. Hill Sports Complex. ODU's Lilly Siskind, Danielle Dundas and Emily Goline each scored two goals for the Monarchs.
The Owls jumped out to an early 4-0 lead, before Goline's second goal of the season cut the Monarchs deficit to three, 4-1, with 14:01 to play in the opening frame.
ODU's Haley O'Connor finished a pass from teammate Claire Porter, making it a 6-2 match in favor of Temple (5-3, 1-2 AAC) with 9:10 to play in the first half.
