CHARLOTTESVILLE | Veronica Latsko notched a hat trick, and No. 4 Virginia shut out Old Dominion 4-0 Sunday at Klockner Stadium.
The Cavaliers (4-0-0) outshot the Lady Monarchs (1-3-0) 25-0.
Latsko beat ODU goalie Krista Moisio in the 8th and 11th minutes, completing the hat trick in the 21st. She also found Zoe Morse for an assist in the 61st.
Moisio finished with four saves for ODU, which hosts William & Mary on Thursday.
