NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University had three athletic programs recognized among the top 10 percent of Academic Progress Rate scores within their respective sport, as baseball, men’s basketball and women’s lacrosse achieved superior APR marks announced today by the NCAA.
This is baseball’s first ever appearance in the top-10 percent, while men’s basketball earned top-10 percent for the second-straight year and women’s lacrosse for the third consecutive time.
The latest APR data compiled the retention and eligibility rates for the 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 academic years.
Each year, the NCAA honors selected Division I sports teams by publicly recognizing their latest multiyear NCAA Division I Academic Progress Rate (APR).
