NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion men’s tennis team (15-5) pulled out a 4-3 victory of the College of Charleston on Sunday afternoon at the Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center.
“This was another nail-biter and we are fortunate that we got the better end of it today,” said ODU head coach Dominik Mueller. “The doubles point was huge, Jacob and Michael fought back after being down 2-5 with two breaks was obviously huge. It was great to win our last home match of the year. We are now 5-0 after losing a match, so not losing back-to-back all season shows me the resiliency we have on this team.
