NORFOLK (WAVY) — Taylor Heinicke, Old Dominion’s record-setting quarterback who now plays for the Minnesota Vikings, threw out the ceremonial first pitch at Friday night’s Tides game.
Heinicke is wrapping up his degree at ODU before he heads back Minnesota for off season workouts. He said he should be much more comfortable after his rookie season.
“Last year you don’t know what to expect, you don’t know how to act or how to prepare,” Heinicke said. “This year I know what’s coming.
