IRVING, Texas – The Old Dominion women’s soccer team was picked to finish sixth in the Conference USA Preseason Poll, while senior captain Jackie Stroud was one of 11 players to be named to the All-Conference Preseason Team.
ODU head coach Angie Hind returns 14 letterwinners from last year, including the top two point scorers in Iris Achterhof and Madison Hogan. In fact, 10 of ODU’s top 13 point scorers from a season ago return to the pitch in 2017, as well as senior goalkeeper, Krista Moisio, who played all 1,726 minutes in net in 2016.
