NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University had 62 percent of its student-athletes earn at least a 3.0 grade point average during the 2019 fall semester, while 143 student-athletes received Dean's List accolades.
Of Old Dominion's 462 student-athletes, 285 earned at least a 3.0 GPA and ODU had more Dean's List students than students over a 3.0 GPA. All of ODU's academic numbers across the board are up from the fall of 2018.
"We are extremely proud of the championship effort and commitment our student-athletes made in the classroom this semester," Dr. Ron Moses, ODU Associate AD for Student-Athlete Support Services said.
