In their latest critical comeback, the third-seeded Cavaliers rallied past the sixth-seeded Terrapins in Hempstead, N.Y., to reach the NCAA semifinals.

Matt Moore scored the winning goal with 3:15 left in overtime, enabling U.Va. to go to Philadelphia for a semifinal next weekend.

A 5-0 run put Maryland ahead 12-7 with 10:38 remaining, but the Cavaliers never let the Terps score again. Ryan Conrad scored three goals in the fourth quarter for U.Va., and Michael Kraus tied the game with 1:14 to go in regulation.
