NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University head football coach Ricky Rahne announced the additions of Jonathan DeCoster and Andrew Jackson as assistant coaches. DeCoster will coach the tight ends, while Jackson, the defensive line.
Jonathan DeCoster comes to ODU after spending the last three seasons as a graduate assistant tight ends coach at this year's national champion, LSU. The Tigers led the nation in total offense, scoring offense and red zone offense in 2019 and finished second in passing offense.
He coached the offensive line at West Virginia State for two seasons, helping the Yellow Jackets break 15 school records.
