CLEVELAND, Ohio - Sa'Derian Perry was named MAC Wrestler of the Week as announced by the league Wednesday morning. This is his second-straight MAC weekly honor and the fifth honor for a wrestling Monarch this season.
Sa’Derian Perry had a strong weekend at the Virginia Duals, where he went 4-0 and was highlighted by defeating Dom Demas of Oklahoma by a 4-3 final score. At the time, Perry was ranked No. 11 and Demas ranked No. 7 at 141 pounds. On Friday, Perry opened the duals with a pin in the first period against Kent State.
