CLEMSON, S.C. – The Old Dominion men’s tennis team (8-2) was too much for Clemson (7-2) in a 4-0 victory on Sunday afternoon at the Hoke Sloan Tennis Center. The Monarchs have won seven of their eight matches while allowing just one point or less.
“We outcompeted Clemson today,” explained ODU head coach Dominik Mueller. “We found a way to win a close doubles point. Then 45 minutes into singles play, this was as close of a dual match as you can imagine. But we kept coming after them and really ran away with the match.
