BERKELEY, Cali. – The Old Dominion women’s tennis team (1-1) fell to Missouri (SEC), by a 4-1 score on Sunday at the Hellman Tennis Complex. The Lady Monarchs were without its No. 97 nationally ranked freshman Holly Hutchinson. ODU will play Xavier (Big East), on Monday at 1:00 p.m. EST in the 2017 ITA Kick-Off Weekend.
In No. 1 singles Borislova Botusharova (ODU) took down Bea Machado Santos (Missouri), 6-4, 6-1.
There are 15 "regionals" played being played this week. In all, it’s the top 60 nationally ranked teams from last season competing in this Kick-Off Weekend.
