Old Dominion players came away with both Conference USA men's soccer awards this week, as midfielder Sebastian Hauret was named offensive player of the week, and freshman Jimmy Filerman was honored for his defensive play.
Hauret, a freshman from Paris, netted the game-winning goal against No. 18 Radford on Sunday and dished out an assist two days earlier against No. 23 Vermont. Filerman helped the Monarchs shut out Radford, in addition to assisting on Hauret's goal.
