IRVING, Texas (WAVY) — Media members that cover Conference USA have cast their votes for the 2016 preseason football poll, and there does not appear to be much respect for Old Dominion.
The Monarchs were picked to finish 6th out of seven teams in the league’s East Division. Middle Tennessee has been picked to win the East Division title, while Southern Miss was selected to repeat as West Division champions.
Old Dominion is coming off of a 5-7 finish last season, it’s first losing record since starting up football in 2009.
