ODU Finishes Fifth in 800 Freestyle Relay, Tied for Fifth After Day One of C-USA Championships

ATLANTA, Ga. – Old Dominion University women’s swimming and diving finished in fifth place in the 800 freestyle relay Wednesday night at the Conference USA Championships and the Monarchs are tied for fifth after day one in Atlanta.

The team of Jacklyn VandePoel, Jacqueline Tinneny, Nikia Campbell and Emilie Petit completed the relay in a time of 7:29.51.

The Monarchs took sixth in the 200 medley relay in a time of 1:47.37.

The C-USA Championships continue tomorrow with the prelims at 10:30 a.m. and the finals at 6 p.m. Fans can watch on ESPN+ by clicking here.
