Providence, R.I. – Every rostered Lady Tennis Monarch played as the No. 71 Old Dominion women’s tennis team (9-5) handled business on the road for the second consecutive day, this time at No. 68 nationally ranked Brown (11-5) by a 4-2 score on Sunday afternoon. The loss was the Bears first at home this season, as they were a perfect 8-0 on their own courts entering Sunday’s showdown. With the win, ODU has now claimed victory in eight of its last 10 matches.
The Lady Tennis Monarchs started the day off in a 1-0 hole after Brown won the doubles point; however, Old Dominion would win four of five matches in singles play.
