PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The No. 38 Old Dominion men’s tennis team (14-3) extended its win-streak to 12 when they took down the Bears of Brown University (7-10) by a score of 5-2 on Saturday afternoon.
The Tennis Monarchs got off to a convincing start when they claimed the doubles point courtesy of No. 80 ranked doubles team in Jacob Nicolussi and Aziz Kijametovic on Court 1, and the duo of Michael Weindl and Javier Jover-Maestre claimed a win on Court 3.
Javier Jover Maestre, Adam Moundir and Michael Weindl all combined for three singles wins that clinched the match for ODU.
