NORFOLK, Va. – Amanda Nhek, Emily Roberts and Riley Kennett of the Old Dominion women’s soccer team were named to the 2019 Conference USA All-Academic Team on Monday afternoon, as Nhek garnered First Team accolades, while Roberts and Kennett were Second Team honorees.
Earlier this season, Nhek (Gainesville, Va.) was named the C-USA Offensive Player of the Week. She boasts a perfect 4.0 GPA as a Teacher Preparation major with a Health Education minor and made the Dean’s List in the Fall of ’18 and Spring of ‘19. Nhek is also a C-USA Honor Roll and Conference USA Commissioner’s Medals honoree for the Fall of ‘18 and Spring of ’19.
