Myers and Sinnen Earn All-Conference Accolades

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Old Dominion's senior outfielder Connor Myers and junior pitcher Sam Sinnen earned all-conference recognition, as the league’s baseball awards were announced on Tuesday in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, site of the 2016 Conference USA Baseball Championship presented by Buffalo Wild Wings.

A 2016 Preseason All-Conference selection, Myers earned his second career postseason accolade and first since ODU joined Conference USA, after being named Second Team All-Conference. He started in all 54 games for the Monarchs and finished the regular season as the team leader with a .319 batting average. In his 207 at bats, he recorded 66 hits, including 17 doubles and a team-high six home runs.
