Monarchs Welcome Cincinnati to The Ted on Sunday

NORFOLK, Va. -- Following its first win of the season, the Old Dominion women's basketball team hosts Cincinnati on Sunday at 2 p.m. for the Monarchs' fifth consecutive home game.

Behind a school-record thirteen three-pointers, Old Dominion (1-6) defeated Coppin State, 75-67, on Thursday, handing first-year head coach Nikki McCray-Penson the first win of her head-coaching career. The 75 points were a season high for the Monarchs.

The duo of Kelly Loftus and Victoria Morris led ODU's barrage from beyond the arc, combining for 10 triples, including seven in the fourth quarter.
