RUSTON, La. - The Old Dominion women’s soccer team (7-3-4, 4-1-2 C-USA) picked up another point on the road in a rainy environment 1-1 decision at LA Tech (10-2-5, 3-1-3 C-USA) at the Lady Techster Soccer Complex on Sunday afternoon.
After a scoreless first half, the Monarchs held a 5-2 advantage in shots a 3-1 advantage in corner kicks.
Haley Laque capitalized on a penalty kick in the 68th minute to give the Lady Techsters a 1-0 lead.
Natalie Johnson scored her third goal of the season in the 76th minute to knot the match at 1-1 for Old Dominion.
