CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -- The Old Dominion wrestling team (0-3, 0-2 MAC) lost to No. 17 Northern Iowa (3-1, 1-0 MAC) on Sunday afternoon in the West Gym in Cedar Falls by a 29-9 score. Kevin Beazley and Will Hilliard wrapped up the dual meet with the lone victories of the match for the Monarchs.
"This was a definite learning experience for our guys," head coach Steve Martin said. "We have to be able to initiate our attacks no matter what the circumstances are. We need to focus on what we can control and stay in our positions where we are good.
