Women's basketball star Medina Dixon will be among the five former Old Dominion athletes who will be inducted into the ODU Athletics Hall of Fame on Nov. 4.
Dixon, whose No. 13 was retired in 2011, was a first-team Kodak All-American in 1995 and a finalist for the Naismith Player of the Year Award. She won a bronze medal in the 1992 Summer Olympics playing for the U.s.
She'll be joined by former field hockey player Janelle Engle, wrestler Jeff Rusak, Brad Funk of sailing and diver Heather Drallos. The ceremony is at 9 a.m. in the Big blue Room inside the Constant Center.
