Max Wilschrey scores twice as Monarchs draw Georgia Southern

Max Wilschrey struck again in the 64th minute for Old Dominion before two Javier Carbonell goals forced a 2-2 tie against Georgia Southern Sunday afternoon.

Carbonell put the Eagles (1-0-1) on the board when he cashed in on a free kick in the 77th minute. He then scored on a header in the 81st.

Wilschrey opened the scoring for Old Dominion (1-0-1) in the third minute. Niko Klosterhalfen assisted on both of his goals.

Midfielder Deniz Dogan saw his second yellow card in the 81st minute, and the Monarchs played a man down for the rest of regulation and overtime.
