LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- Old Dominion junior Josh Markham placed second at the Lock Haven Classic at 133 lbs. Thursday while Steven Simpson and Michael Hayes placed fourth in their respective weight classes.
Markham, the lone finalist for the Monarchs, went 4-1 on the day, picking up two bonus point wins and a medical forfeit victory. The junior from Elizabeth City, North Carolina was defeated in the finals by Lock Haven's DJ Fehlman by a 6-1 decision.
Placing fourth at 125, Steven Simpson went 4-2 on the day and posted three falls and one major decision victory.
