NORFOLK, Va. - The Old Dominion lacrosse team was named to the 2019 Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Association (IWLCA) Zag Sports Academic Squad. Nine lacrosse Monarchs in Stephanie Allen, Hanna Breslin, Anna Davis, Glory Johnson, MK Maloney, Katie Miller, Haley Rineer, Alyssa Sebesto and Haleigh Wurzel were named to the IWLCA 2019 Zag Sports Division I Academic Honor Roll as announced by the organization Wednesday afternoon.
Nine ODU players earning a spot on the Academic Honor Roll is the most in recent history. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.
