NEW YORK – The Old Dominion lacrosse team was selected to finish fifth in the BIG EAST Conference, according to the league's preseason coaches' poll that was released on Friday morning. In the same league announcement, ODU senior Glory Johnson was named to the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team.
In 2019, the Monarchs finished in fifth place in the six-team conference, finishing with a 1-4 record against league opponents in their first season of BIG EAST play. Overall, ODU went 4-13 on the season with all four wins coming at home at the L.
