NORFOLK — Ali Wahab picked up a 9-0 major decision at heavyweight to clinch Old Dominion's 24-17 dual meet victory over Duke on Sunday.
No. 6 Larry Early posted a 21-5 technical fall over Duke's Ben Anderson to give the Monarchs (7-5) five team points.
No. 10 Sa’Derian Perry (141) won an 8-3 decision for the Monarchs, while teammates Michael McGee (125) and Trevon Majette (133) won by forfeit.
ODU will have some time off before visiting Ohio on Feb. 8.
