NORFOLK, Va. - Football is back. Old Dominion University Football practiced for the first time this fall on Monday morning, the first practice set for the three-week fall camp.
As per NCAA rules, the first practice was in shorts, jerseys and helmets. The Monarchs focused on special teams drill work and individual position work with the position coaches.
The Monarchs open the season at Foreman Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 2 against Albany at 6 p.m.
